My Shopee Xpress parcel shows "delivered to letterbox" — what does that mean?

For small Singapore HDB deliveries, Shopee Xpress and SingPost SmartPac drop parcels directly into the unit letterbox if they fit. Tracking will show "delivered" with no signature. If the item is too big or the letterbox is locked/full, it's redirected to a designated PopStation locker or held at the nearest post office.

Why does my Ninja Van delivery keep getting rescheduled?

Ninja Van uses density-based routing — if your address has only one parcel for that day's run and the courier is over capacity, your stop can roll over to the next day. You'll see "Attempted delivery" or "On hold" without a missed-delivery slip. The Ninja Van app lets you self-reschedule a 2-hour window.

Are there import taxes when receiving in Singapore?

As of 2023, all imported low-value goods (under SGD 400) are subject to 9% GST collected by the seller or platform at checkout (under the Overseas Vendor Registration regime). Above SGD 400, GST plus possible duty is collected by the courier on delivery. Tracking may pause briefly while GST is verified.
