TheDailyUtils (www.thedailyutils.com) is a free collection of browser-based tools run by SoSo Family, operated by 13716805 Canada Inc., Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
You may use the tools for personal and commercial work without an account and without charge. You may not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload it or other systems (for example by pointing the API Tester at services you are not allowed to test), or to scrape or republish the site's pages as your own.
The calculators, converters, time zone tools and generators are built with care, but they are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Results can be wrong — for example because of an unusual input, a daylight-saving rule change, or a bug we have not found yet. Do not rely on them alone for decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety or travel consequences; confirm with an authoritative source. An online alarm clock depends on your browser tab staying open and your device staying awake, so do not use it where a missed alarm would cause harm.
Text and files you use with the tools stay yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you process.
Some tools open other websites, such as parcel carriers' tracking pages or Google Calendar, and the site shows ads served by Google. We do not control those sites or the products advertised, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

To the extent permitted by law, 13716805 Canada Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to CAD $10.
